Here’s what happens when I take on 12 weddings in one summer…I don’t get around to blogging about them until the time they are about to celebrate their first anniversary. Better late than never, right? 😉

Jessica and Mark were married last summer outside of Laramie at the Moen Ranch, which was the most perfect setting for a ceremony. They danced the night away (and a good part of the next morning, I’m certain) at the Laramie Train Depot. We began our day taking portraits in downtown Laramie, where Jess and her sisters wanted to capture some of the funky murals and graffiti alleyways before driving out to the ranch. Guests arrived at the ceremony site to enjoy cocktails and assorted cheeses before being bussed back into town for the reception. Jess carried a broach bouquet created by her sisters, and you absolutely have to see it. It was a work of art. Mark’s aunt also brought a bottle of champagne she’d been saving since her wedding day for the happy couple to toast together post-ceremony, and well, you’ll just have to scroll down the page to see their hilarious reaction.

This reception was wild. These people know how to have a good time, as I’m sure you’ll see from the photos. It was a crazy, fun day filled with lots of familiar faces for me, as I went to college with Jessica. Jessica and Mark, thanks for making me a part of your gorgeous day. So honored you chose me to document it!
