Jamie's session was one of my favorites from last summer. We started her senior pictures in downtown Cheyenne and then moved the session out near Curt Gowdy State Park. We have so many options for capturing mountain senior pictures in Cheyenne or Laramie in the summer and fall. Vedauwoo and Curt Gowdy offer so many nearby options for mountains, water, and fall color later on in the season. Fall senior sessions around Cheyenne and Laramie tend to go really quickly, so make sure you get them booked before the summer starts!
I had such a blast with Jamie. She is one of those rare teenage girls who seems to really know herself. An artist and activist already, she spoke about women's empowerment and using her voice for good. She has such a unique style too. I loved that she brought overalls to her senior session!
I've noticed a definite shift over the last year or two where seniors seem to be bringing statement pieces to their sessions rather than the formulaic "senior" outfits I've seen in the past. They are bringing pieces that showcase their unique personalities, and I couldn't be happier about it.
Jamie was such a trouper for this session, hiking quite a ways with me to grab the photos for the mountain portion of her session. Jamie, thank you so much for letting me take your senior photos.
