I love doing Cheyenne senior photos at Vedauwoo. This particular spot at Vedauwoo is a little off the beaten path, away from tons of tourists and hikers, and I love its solitude. Morgan wanted her senior photos near Cheyenne, but definitely wanted a mountain vibe for them. We opted for a Vedauwoo senior session in between Cheyenne and Laramie.
We ended up having super cloudy skies that night, but that meant we could shoot anywhere. Senior photos at Vedauwoo can sometimes mean that we have to stay close to the rocks and trees to get shade before the sun hits the horizon. We lucked out with this session though. We also found a few wildflowers in the early summer months before it got too hot.
