Brooklyn Lodge, is a gem of a wedding venue outside of Laramie, Wyoming. Just past Centennial, Wyoming, it sits inside Medicine Bow National Forest in the Snowy Range Mountains. It is a family-owned operation and managed by two of the sweetest people imaginable, who do everything to make sure you and all your guests are well-taken care of, all the while cooking dinner for your entire reception.
Couples who get married at Brooklyn Lodge tend to have a few things in common. First of all, they all seem ridiculously in love with each other and they’ve decided to make their day all about who they are as a couple and as individuals rather than falling in line with all the traditional wedding customs. They also tend to like beer, s’mores, and casual evenings hanging out with their friends outside in the mountains, and these are all things Liz and I can definitely get onboard with.
Alisha and Mike made sure that their day reflected who they really are, opting for a beer toast during the ceremony, serving their own home-brew, and giving their guests church keys as favors.
